"In The Beginning It Was Ruff But Now It's Smooth Sailing". A new face of Hip-Life music in Ghana.

Afro Pop duo, Ruff-N-Smooth is a Ghanaian music group made up of Bullet and Akhan. Although both have been on the music scene for a while, it was not till they formed an alliance that they both gained prominence.

Their debut album as a group has the ever popular song, ‘Swagger’ which turned out to be a rebirth of these young musicians. They have even become more popular after releasing two new singles titled ‘Sex Machine’ and ‘Azingele’.

The group has performed at various entertainment shows / events in Ghana, and have made a number of travels outside Ghana to perform in South Africa (Big Brother Africa 2010), UK (London), France, Norway, and other European countries.

The group was nominated last year for ''Afro Pop Song of The Year'' at the Ghana Music Awards (GMA) 2010.
