BIOGRAPHYAkwasi Opoku as he is known in his private life and known popularly as Kwaisey Pee, Ghana’s number one artiste has been out with his album called “Nyanime” which he describes as the hottest so far.In a Showghana.com interview, Kwaisey Pee (KP) said, “this is my third album since I joined the music industry and I believe and say with confidence that it is my hottest and the strongest that every Ghanaian should have. This album have been around for approximately a year now and has been doing very well on the market as well as receiving massive air play on the airwaves.” According to him, the “Nyanime” album has got thirteen tracks with one of the hottest tracks called “Selemo”. There is also an instrumental version of the song on the album. Kwaisey Pee featured prominent artists like Kontihene, Ofori Amponsah, Tic Tac and K.K Fosu on this particular album. His new video is now been aired massively on Metro TV and Net 2 Television. With his few years experience in the music industry, he believes the industry has a long way to go in terms of promotion, dealing with piracy and excessive money demanded by DJ’s popularly called payola. Kwaisey Pee solely produced “Nyanime” under the record label ‘New Era’. He promised his fans and loved ones to expect bigger things from him in years to come, by the grace of God, and to have a copy of “Nyanime”
